Please be accessible to clients so that they flow through the process with all concerns met. Please take every effort to represent interest rates as they currently are rather than applying points and representing it as a start. Clients should know the base rate and have the option to buy down using discount points. When you do this without consulting the client, it comes across as deceptive even though that may not be intended. Lastly, since home buying is one of the biggest investments one makes clients will naturally be nervous so being there for them builds trust and alleviates confusion. I offer these suggestions, more as opportunities rather than complaints because... LIFE happens. Wishing you BEST!!!

Letty was WONDERFUL!!!! Truly went above and beyond for me. The underwriting process was horrendous. Carol was not helpful at all and the amount of documents she requested from me (last minute requests) was unacceptable. If it weren’t for carol, I would have had a much more pleasant experience. But again…Letty was the best.

Letty is great and AWESOME! However, The underwriting department was not great. The underwriter we had unnecessarily held up our closing, it was very frustrating. Also the appraisal and construction departments were very slow to complete their tasks.
