India Mitchell did well however the loan processor did not respond to emails or phone calls in timely manner, lot of paper was not ready causing delay on closing and information was not communicated effectively on what was expected before closing with figures. Clear and effective communication and response is needed in the last steps of house buying especially for new and first time homeowners. India was very encouraging worked hard to find the best situations for me and really built a great rapport. She made the buying experience easier for me and my agent.
