The entire process was handled very well by Mark. His communication was top notch from start to finish. Mark had an answer or a definitive solution for every question I asked! The few times he didn't know the answer, he provided a realistic timeline for when he would. This was extremely helpful as first time home buyers. The only frustrating part of our mortgage experience was our loan processor, Alex Honsaker. She didn't seem to care about our closing date and lacked attention to detail.
