I liked the electronic signing and the progress. I would say that the one thing that could be better would be to allow for personal signatures in Docusign. We already have special signatures there, so it would have been nice to use them as opposed to the canned, default ones.

The time brett took to explain and make everything just a bit easier we were very happy with the experience the only problem was the time zone difference with Jordyn did make it a little bit harder but over all great experience will definitely tell people who we went through
