Scott was great once he got the loan. We were disappointed to find after weeks of not hearing from our original loan officer that he left the company. However once Scott took over he was very communicative and quick to answer any questions we had. The process also took much longer that originally quoted, 5 months is a long haul for a refi but we are happy with the end the result.
