Unfortunately the transaction had a lot of difficulty due to lack of attention to detail which would have been easily avoided if more attention was paid to the terms of the purchase agreement and other documentation/information provided.

1 - No proper handoff between Zachary and Mary Barreto. Huge time in the middle with not getting any indication of what was going on or what was wrong. 2 - I submitted all documents immediately when asked, yet this took two months to fund the loan, that is much longer than I was able to get with Quicken loans. 3 - Your technology is sorely lacking! That secure "portal" is poor (you can't even see history). You can't find a link to portal anywhere but the email you got early in the process

All documents must show accurate financials. I received documents showing incorrect points, wrong loan costs, escrow errors, and other mistakes. Even if this was unintentional, these mistakes caused a painstaking process to complete my refinance.
