Brigette and Melody were great!! Understanding and supportive are their hallmarks. However, the processor and underwriters were very difficult to deal with. I think they should create a list, in understandable English (not legalize), that clients can use to gather everything at the beginning of the process. Calling or emailing clients every few days for a document needed is very frustrating.

You need a checklist of everything you need to complete the transaction. You send what they asked for and the next day they need something else. Very frustrating. Plus every other day another person called and needed something
