Robby was very helpful during the initial stages. Two issues I encountered: The closing date was provided very early on in the process but the rate lock expired the day before. This required an additional cost and I don't understand why that occurred or why I was responsible for paying the cost for someone's error. I also was provided the final closing documents late afternoon the day before closing and noticed the seller credit no longer listed which showed an additional $2,200 I had to pay at closing since I had wired funds based on the estimate provided several days earlier. It was discovered by the title company that the seller credit had been listed twice in the documents I had been provided up until that date - again, unclear how that type of mistake happens. I would have thought the mistake would have been communicated rather than me catching it and questioning why I had to pay additional funds at closing. I wish the communication in the latter stages of the process would have been more proactive.
