Nancy was good to work with, my concerns related to the overall coordination of the closing process which did not go smoothly. The loan purportedly "funded" on Monday, but I didn't receive the net loan proceeds until Thursday of that week following several pointed emails. I repeatedly stated that interest not accrue & that I would not be paying interest on the loan until the loan fully funded; I also asked for confirmation of this but those requests were ignored. The receipt of $ = Funded!

Communication. I didn't hear from no one for weeks unless I call to see where I was in the process. They made me feel like I had done something wrong by calling. I feel that the communication could have been better. However, I made it through.
