The stress of a couple of changes felt very overwhelming. I am glad I had Holly on my side. She was always there to get me the answers I needed. I forget his name but the loan officer that was in the office, nicely and completely explained the points thing with me. Trent was there to answer the phone and help get the paperwork where it needed ( Thanks for staying late for me to give papers too you). Paul you have a great team. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, patient, and got back to me very quickly with any questions I may have had. The process was simple and I was guided through step by step. The day before the closing, there was a late hiccup on my part and Leader 1, worked to find another solution to allow the closing to progress smoothly. I loved the fact I worked with people and not a faceless voice on the end of a phone where you are just a new loan number. Thank you Leader1, Paul and your team!
