Chris Davis did a fantastic job, answered questions when I had them, would call me back with answers when he got answers. I'm sure others at NAF worked on things I do not know about, but my contact with others was not nice. It took a long time to reach the funding department to ask when I was to be funded, they transferred me to the title department, who in return, transferred me back to the funding department because no one knew when I was to be funded. In the process of being transferred from department to department, I was disconnected several times. I was told several times that funding would be 3 days after closing, as it turns out, it is a lot closer to 3 weeks! Again, Chris Davis did a good job, 2 thumbs up to him, I can say that I am not impressed with the rest of the staff at the company, but, thanks to everyone for getting my loan through.
