Everyone I worked with was very helpful, supportive, and patient. They answered any questions I had and were helpful in getting all of the needed documentation uploaded. The checklist towards loan progress and completion was helpful, easy to use, and a great visual. The entire team made this overwhelming process much less stressful.

Rob and his assistant made the process much less painful. I would certainly retain Rob again if I ever purchase or refinance again. He also made me laugh..which is a pleasant change.
