Even with everyone trying to refinance the process for the most part was very smooth. I really enjoyed being able to do 95% from the comfort of my home and not having to sit in an office over and over again.

Matt has an inviting and welcoming approach that helped made my husband and my decision to work with him easy. He often shared his knowledge about financing and the market rates to help inform our decisions, which we appreciate. We did not experience any pressure to make a rash decision throughout the process and felt comfortable with the allotted time we were given to move through the process comfortably. This may have worked against us during the rate lock period as we thought the rates would not change periodically in a day. We also appreciate the consistency and quality of responses to our questions while working with Matt and his team. Matt was thorough in his explanations to ensure we understood what stages we were in throughout our refinancing process. The weekly video updates were also very helpful. Overall, we felt good about the time it took to complete our refinancing process and would recommend Matt to others.
