Once the loan was put into processing, there was no communication at all from Leon and the processor was always busy. I was literally told my file would be worked on the week it was due to close. We closed later than expected due to the title company and lender blaming each other for the delays. Great from the start to help get you the loan but no follow through during the rest of the process. I felt like I was alone in trying to figure out what was going on.

There were many problems this time. I made everyone aware of them. It was one of the worst experiences I've every had. I don't think it was Scott's fault, but the faulty of New American.
