Chad did an excellent job of being personable. It's become common for the loan officer to skip out at closing, yet Chad was there. That spoke volumes to his integrity. Chad invests his time in the relationships he's doing business with. Chad was available through the whole financing process and was helpful in answering our questions along the way! We definitely will reach out to Chad again if we would need these services again!
