I am satisfied with the servce provided by Cindy and New American in general. Cindy is very responsive in communication, although my phone calls somehow got no response towards the end. There were some difficulties with the appraiser. Derrick Thorpe from New American made the effort to escalate it to higher management. I wish this had been done sooner to save everyone's grief.

Yes I would like to have had a little more communication during the Process but overall as long as the communication was happening with the client that’s great! Thanks to Curtiss things for done and we were able to close on time!
