Overall my experience was OKAY. While Jane was very helpful and informative, other associates were not. For those employees to fully assist and answer their phones and e-mail I had to contact Jane, in order for her to reach out to them. With me being a first-time homebuyer I shouldn't be left to contact the LO for every question when she has a team of qualified individuals. These associates must realize they have an obligation to answer questions before someone signs important documentation.
