Gorey worked very hard to get us through the loan approval process. He returned our numerous calls inquiring about the loan. The overall approval process was slow which was frustrating but Corey did the best he could with so many people applying for loans.

Things moved very slowly, and there were moments when I thought the loan would not go through even though we turned in all our materials over a 5 month period and put down 70% of the home purchase. We only got a conditional approval for the loan and a processor 6 days before closing. This made us very nervous and at one point we were going to pay for the home outright and forgo the loan. I understand that there are numerous people filling for loans so I do not fault those involved.

Jeff and his team delivered as promised on a tight deadline when other service providers could not. He made himself available to answer questions and provide assistance as needed outside of normal business hours. As a result of his efficiency and quality service we were able to close on our new home on time.
