Overall, the experience went smoothly from start to finish, and the communication was better than expected—especially when working with a mortgage lender. Our team was responsive and professional, which made the process much easier. There were a few moments of confusion, such as being asked for the same document more than once or not fully understanding what specific documents were needed. Additionally, the final loan terms included a higher rate and less cash to close than originally quoted, which was disappointing. That said, we genuinely enjoyed working with our team and would recommend New American Funding to others.

Experiance was good allaround with the exception of some miscommunication on how much additional cash was comming into the transaction before close. It was worked out to a datisfactory conclusion and Dawn & Erinwas able to spend her time assisting me to get across the finish line.
