More cummcation ! Was not able to hardly ever able to speak to anyone on the phone at all very unprofessional could hardly ever able to get response from texts as well this needs attention to the entire company.

Some issues with document e-signing. Also had some issues with communication with staff members (we had to send the same documents multiple times to different people). Since it was our first time going through the home buying process it would be nice to have had a walk-through to help us understand all of the disclosure documents. Patty's reply's were prompt and was always available when we had questions
