Just a few things like right us not having to get an appraisal after we were told that we had to get an appraisal and then nobody getting back to us to say, oh, by the way, you know, you actually didn't need the appraisal. And you didn't need to spend all that time and money doing extra things above and beyond. For the appraisal, that would have been nice. i would think that you guys would know whether or not we've truly needed an appraisal in the middle of the process, and that somebody would have let us know. Hey, we looked into it. You don't need it, so don't sit.Around, waiting for an appraiser that's never coming.

I was told that the funds could be wired to my checking account. I received a paper check instead , which the bank is going to hold the majority of the funds for 10 days. This is not what I was told would happen and did not honor the contract I signed at closing regarding the distribution of funds. Very frustrating. There was no explanation in the packet sent to me. Just that the funds could not be wired.
