Less miscommunication. At times we were being communicated different things from officer and processor causing confusion. Things went well until 2 days before closing . Items that should have been vetted, verified and requested by underwriting long before were done right before closing causing multiple delays and a stressful situation. I appreciate being able to reach Amir easily by phone or text. Although we may not have reached Shae when we'd call she was good with returning our call and I appreciate that as well. I understand many of the issues were out of their control, it was underwriting. There needs to be better cohesiveness with the underwriting team. They would ask for something , we Would be told that is all that is needed to close then underwriting would as for something else feeling like a complete run around.

The thing that sold me on Meredith was her amazing speed of communication. As the process moved forward there were a few hiccups and the selling agent was very difficult to work with. Speed of communication slowed a bit when I would have appreciated it the most. Overall, I am very grateful for all of the work and effort Meredith put in to help me close.
