My client was having difficulty obtaining a mortgage due to past late payments on her existing mortgage and New American Funding made it possible for her to get a loan at a competitive interest rate (other lenders were offering either a really high interest rate or a delay of several months before they would work with her). There were a couple of blips on the screen in communication but Brandon was always available and reassuring and oversaw the process so that we closed exactly as planned.
