There was always a line of communication! Lindsey and Alexis were hoth extremely good at communicating and keeping us up to date with everything! Even at times they would take our calls are respond to us even when they were out of the office doing other things ! I always felt valued and that they kept my intreat at geart throughout the whole process!

it was a good experience . james was very quick to respond and help us through the process. I still don't understand why we couldn't reevaluate the interest rate closer to the closing. it makes a bigger difference to your customers than it does NAF.
