The overall experience was good, there were challenges which were handled well. There was excellent communication via email and text. I realize we were on a time crunch but would have liked more of an explanation of the documents and what they really mean as I am a first time home buyer and this was all very new. The team did a great job getting everything done on time however and I'm pleased with their service
