It was like a 70's detective Colombo tv series . Everytime he was ready to go he would turn around and say "oh and there's one more thing" The process seemed to drag for always one or two more pcs of information also felt the closing cost seemed excessive .

The communication was great, the rate was much lower than any other bank, even rocket mortgage. The only thing I would have to say is the pay off was a mess as the title company would not send the checks out for us so I had to deal with that and they got sent days later. Payoff amounts were not right so that created a mess.
