Originally applied for the refinance loan in the middle of April. We were told it would close by May 15th. Didn’t close until June 1st. Had to deal with too many people during the process. Was asked for things that were already given to a previous person. (Credit report, proof of insurance). When asked if they were sure they had everything they needed we were told yes. The next day, or a few hours later we’re told something was missing and asked to provide it. Overall a slightly frustrating.
