Monique had to leave for vacation in the middle of our refinance, but that was not a huge problem as david picked up the slack. When Monique was there to help me, she was pretty much ALWAYS timely with her responses no matter what i was asking. She did put in the time with me to help me understand everything, and was considerate and calculated in her responses.

Monique customer service was beyond the normal calling of her duties. She showed patience and understanding for every question asked, considering it may have been asked more than once. Monique respect for my personal life and the unorthodox work schedule was highly appreciated. She did not overwhelm me with calls or antagonize me throughout the day. I prefer face to face when handling business, however I totally understand these situations. Just wish your services were modeled everywhere!!
