I don’t blame Kat at all. She was friendly and helpful. However, in the middle of the process we were moved to another person. We were told it was her first time through and right before closing on our house we got slammed with random paperwork that should have been given to us at the beginning of the process. Some of it, if we hadn’t found it in time, could have stopped us from getting a house. It was a very tense and stressful few days.

Kat was great. She had to take some time off so we had to work with a different loan person who was not as great. This was not communicated to us and was confusing as to why Kat wasn’t working with us through the whole process. Like I said though, Kat herself was approachable and helped answer any questions we had.
