I loved that no matter how many times I emailed Chris he was always nice and didn't let me see if he got sick of my calls and emails. We were made to feel like we were always welcome and Chris was always happy to assist. I can say these guys are honest and don't pass the buck; Chris and Sonia owned any balls that were dropped and were always upfront about it. I will happily come back to them if we ever need to refinance our home n the future.

The overall process was extremely log and the constant request for documentation previously prevented was exhausting. Mr. Loughnane was accommodating and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with the end result but there should be some type of express procedure to expedite this process, especially for individuals who have been with NAF for some time without incident.

Chris was good at his advice and very informative. He did not always get back to me right away but when we conversed my questions were answered. Seems like this company is very busy and the process took the longest I've ever had to go in refinancing my home but Chris did answer my concerns when I expressed them.
