Nice guy, good information provided, but...not sure if it was Chris’s fault, but just finding out now (after closing) that payoff amounts for cars/cards were not paid at what they should have been. One card was overpaid and one vehicle was underpaid, so after closing, we lost about $70 to pY things off. Not a lot, but sloppy. Also we were told there would be no “out of pocket expenses”, but had to pay $500 for appraisal (so not totally true).

During the majority of the loan process Chris had made himself available to me, I work graveyard and he would take my calls at 11 o'clock at night from time to time as needed. This was during the pre approval and even during getting my loan funded.
