Scott was very friendly and reliable. He was able to get in touch with and always willing to answer my ongoing questions. Scott was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, once the process moved on from Scott it was not so pleasant. At that point, Scott still stayed in contact and was there to continuously reassure me. If it were not for Scott and his support, I would have pulled out of this process.
