he had very competitive rate and was able to answer quickly. i did feel the tail end of the transaction was a little sloppy. the lady that did the closing was only ok. she did her job but was not able to answer are questions. the lady that called to get up closing and things told me twice she was going to call me back and did not. i would use the company again but i feel there needs to be a little fighting thing up
