Bill was good at answering texts, even on vacation. My biggest issue were the automated e-mails, incorrect information received, being told to send something when it was done previously. I believe Thrive needs less automation and more personal service.

I love my loan officer; Yoshi Lazo. He was amazing, and supported me every step of the way. It was more the other side of the team was a little too much and overwhelming. Was not so happy with the over all Newamerican Funding unfortunately.

For us we had a major blip in what we would be approved for. We were told all along we were able to go off a contingent offer if we needed and turns out we actually weren't able to when we asked about closing early. Luckily we didn't HAVE to close early but this was concerning as we were assured all along that if we all of a sudden needed to go non contingent, we would be good.
