Thought Tanya was great, but felt like there was some additional need for communication from the other members of the team. Buyers were first time home, buyers and needed a little more handholding than they got, so they were pretty uncomfortable with the process at times

Each person was friendly and helpful. So my answer was somehere between Great and OK. It was exception in manuy ways but so many different peopole with different needs was sometimes overwhelm ing.
