Experience overall was extremely stressful. Wayne was great but outside of him everything else was a mess. Underwriting/ processors were less than competent. Communication and follow up were almost non existent. If I did not contact them on a regular basis I would have never known anything. Every time I did contact them it was " oh, we need a few more things" . The process was ridiculous. If I had it to do over again I would choose another company. Bottom line communication needs to improve.
