Kyle did a great job trying to this loan processed...it started Nov 15 and didn't close until Jan 29. I believe the disruption was the communication between the loan processor and Underwriting. I don't know if Irene is new or just not properly trained, but a long processor should be trained to be able to tell what Underwriting will accept. I would send something in, she would forwar it to underwritin, they would review and decline send it back to Irene who would tell me I needed to submit something else. This happened numerous times and caused a huge delay in getting the loan approved. Also, we started out with Eric Torres who was taken off the loan because he wasn't licensed or lost his license in Idaho.Not sure how that happens Midway during the loan process....a mistake on NAF or the loan process just took so long it was excruciating. We have a credit score of over 800,assets of over $4m and our only debt was the loan we had with you that we were doing a cash out refi. It would have been much less painful to take the money out of our IRA's except for the tax hit And even with that probably cheaper than the cost to get this loan.
