Wayne was great. Some of the practices of the company are overstepping and ridiculous. I should not have to send a letter stating why I want to move to a condo vs. a house. My employer should not be asked to send a letter why one business sold to another . I have had four mortgages in the past, with less credit history, and were not asked such questions....
