More than a few times, it would arise that there was documentation I needed to provide within 24 hours or within mere hours of it being requested. This became especially frustrating after I had asked before if there was anything additional I could provide to help the process along and had been told 'no.' A present list of documents to hunt down and upload at the beginning of the process would make things move a lot smoother. Also: Being able to e-sign more of the documents would be super.
