The internet software was complicated and didn't work. The instructions weren't clear, such as both my wife and I had to fill out separate applications but no one emailed her with her logon and they called days later and said for her to log on mine. Of course she couldn't and they had to email her a separate link. It just was not at all as smooth as the systems we have used in the past.

Erich is a very nice guy. At the beginning of the process, Erich told me to pay off a old debt which would raise my credit score. This would allow us to qualify for a lower rate (4.25 or 4 1/8). I did everything that Erich told me to do in the timeframe he requested. As we got closer to the closing date, I kept asking why the documents were all saying 4.5%. They kept saying they were waiting for the credit bureau to finish the rapid rescore, then it would be adjusted. It never happened.

Lack of daily communication when needed. Excuse of being too busy not acceptable in our business. Out of state lending not ever preferred

Jayme and Jerry were very fast and efficient.

Once the process was going, it moved pretty fast. I did not receive a whole lot of communication throughout the process though, which made it difficult to know which step we were on.
