Wasn't sure when i I started if I could get a loan. But after talking to Stephen the first time he made me feel confident about getting a loan. I felt like he worked hard to get me approved . Would recommend him to any body anybody I know that is looking for a mortgage company.

The process was smooth and easy whoch was great . Some additional quick instructions would be nice for when certain forms are being sent. A quick description of if the document needs to be signed for accuracy or just for knowledge of knowledge of receipt . At times it was unclear what was being sent our way . But overall was a great experience .
