changing the closing costs because I had no escrow was not a very positive start. I would think experienced loan officers would know this information up front and account for it.

Flexible times to meet, great with communication via email and text message only time I had a problem was his assistant was really pushy! I understand things needed to be met at a certain time limit, but I also couldn’t stop what I was doing at work and if I didn’t do something right away I’d get multiple notification to do so that made me feel anxious and stressed.
