Amy and Mike were great. The back and forth with the Underwriter's process, not so great. I am very happy that the loan worked out though so that is what I am standing on for this review. Amy is truly exceptional. Some of the best customer service and communication that I have ever gotten. As a first time home-buyer, I was nervous throughout the entire process, she kept me informed and calm whenever I would get anxious. Mike communicated well also, and represented us when we needed him.
