El servicio y asesoría brindada por Edgar fue muy bueno. Creo que hay falencias en parte del equipo de soporte y falta de comunicación interna . Adicionalmente en uno de los e mails q recibí una persona manifestaba q si no cumplía las espectativas se comunicarán con el supervisor creo q este tipo de cosas no se deben filtra cuando hay clientes de por medio. Todos mis comentarios son con el propósito de retroalimentalrlos. No juzgo ni señaló a nadie por lo dicho. Gracias.
