He was helpful took the time to explain things as well as run some interference when there were questions between different parties working on the loan application. my situation was a little complicated and Rob worked with me to work through the bumps. He also kept me focused and exhibited patience when I was distracted and busy.

Rachel was very kind and understanding. She was able to answer all questions we had, and as first time home buyers we has quite a lot! She made us feel more at ease and helped us understand terminology we didn't know and went in depth on what owning a home meant. I would definitely recommend her to others and seek her out for our next home purchase if she is still available years from now.
