Michael took care of us every step of the way, made it very clear what was in our price range and kept it real. He wasn't just trying to push any loan to get our business. Very very thorough with documents to ensure the underwriter wouldn't kick it back for more info. Very smooth transaction, got us a really great rate for an income property and thankfully for his ability to say hey I don't feel comfortable with a purchase that high, lets look at something in the range has really paid off.

The entire process from pre qualifying for a home to closing was easy and stress free. It was not difficult for us to get a hold of our loan officer or to have our questions answered. It was a fairly simply and easy process. We were also treated great and with respect throughout the entire process.
