Ana was great, but I was disappointed with the company. The ads on the radio claimed that there were no closings costs, fees, etc. I wound up paying almost $5,000 for these costs. Still Ana was great.

Neil is very good at communicating. He kept us informed and responded quickly to any requests. I wish the rest of the team were as responsive as him. Neil's overall rating is 5 stars. My overall experience with New American Funding, probably 3.5 to 4 stars. You need more people on your team like Neil!

Greg, was personable , professional and an every day Joe all in one . He was also funny at times . Disabled veterans , don't get enough help at times , but when Greg, told me he could process my VA loan . He ran from the word go . Thanks Greg Hank Johnson

Ivory worked really hard to make sure we got a rate we were satisfied with! She made it very clear what price range to stay with in so we didn't go over budget, because she knew that was important to us. Her and her team were good about keeping us updated and making sure we were on track.
