I was introduced to NAF and Toby Newman through LendingTree and was originally hesitant to do business with a less well-known lender due to a tight closing deadline. Nevertheless, Toby and his team went above and beyond to process, underwrite, and close the loan ahead of the deadline (offer to closing took ~3 weeks). Communication with some of the other NAF team was spotty at times. However, Toby made himself available after hours to answer any concerns I had and keep the process on track.

Steve Lee and his crew were on top of things to make sure we closed on time. All his staff were very nice, helpful and professional, especially Maria and Janna. Despite some initial hiccups in communication, he continued to keep me in the loop every step of the way, and explain things in detail whether over the phone or via texts.
