We are not computer literate and could not get our equipment to work right. We were able to process the old fashioned way, by FedEx. This took a little long but it worked!

There were several errors with the documents sent for signatures. Also, the 2 fax numbers I was given by Lisa Merritt did not work. Forcing me to send several docs Overnight. Then I waited weeks for any answer. On the positive side I never had to out of the house to sign docs. Only to mail them.
