The overall experience was very good. I called in once to check the status of the loan was was told (not by Ron) that it was not approved.There was some confusion regarding my loan being approved, but Ron quickly called me back within a very few minutes and provided me with the correct answer - the loan had been approved. I feel that he went to bat for me and was an important part of it being approved. Thanks Ron.

Barry was great following up phone calls making sure everything was understood It's when the loan got to Sarah & all the terrible problems she & I experienced with vantage title company They were awful They even sent me an email they would see me and my dead husband at the signing That was like 4 days before closing. I was in tears after I submitted a will and death certificate back in May for the loan. Then the notary for closing received an entire packet with no instructions!
