Jeff worked closely with me, the buyer and the escrow company to help make this a smooth transaction. I appreciate the Jeff called the listing agent, prior to our offer being accepted, to let the agent know our buyer was a strong buyer and that he could close the deal with no problems. It gave the agent and seller peace of mind and they accepted our offer.

Jeff was in constant communication with us. He was able to lock in our interest rate at a really good rate. He also answered all of the questions we had all the time. Lastly, even though we had a few hiccups him and his team managed to get us to the end point.

If I could give one recommendation! We do a ton of business and have never had a lender not send docs to a closing until 2 hours after the closing was scheduled to start! This was a huge inconvenience not only for the clients but for the title company! Not sure what happened here but next time we do business I hope it doesn’t happen again. Before this Aj was great and to be honest I think it was the closing dept and not him.
