Matt was great, very responsive to our concerns and questions. He was friendly and informative and his service was the reason we decided to go with New American versus another lender that offered the same rate. We were disappointed with the timing of loan processing after our file left Matt's hands, but he seemed to work hard to ensure we weren't forgotten when we raised concerns.

I heard from my parents that initially it took a while to hear back from Pam (I'm not sure if that her fault or something technical) but after that she was very responsive. She would reply to our emails in a very timely matter which made it great to work with her!

Alfredo has a very good grasp on all of the intricacies of the mortgage process, as well as excellent follow up skills. He was very communicative throughout the entire approval period and beyond.
