Over all the experience of getting a loan through New American Funding, and working with Jesse Valenzuela was pleasant. He was helpful in guiding us through the process and the HomeConnect program connected us to a really good realtor. Obviously, do your research and work with whatever company works well for you. Keep in mind that this is an "online" business, and so may prevent you from qualifying for some local programs.

The process could have been better explained upfront. Some information that entered at the very beginning of the process wasn't saved and was asked for several times during my refinance. There were inconsistencies between my different points of contact.
